Conditions for Refund

   • Portfolio performance will be evaluated using our back-test algorithm, not third-party tools or exchange data.

   • Results can be verified against blockchain transaction data.

4. Comparison Metrics:

   • Only the final portfolio value after 1 year will be used for comparison.

   • The initial portfolio value is not considered in the refund evaluation.

5. Transaction Record Submission:

   • You must provide 1 year of transaction history for the portfolio running the ACPB strategy.

6. Proof of Strategy Implementation:

   • You must submit a screenshot of your portfolio within the first 2 weeks of starting the ACPB strategy.

7. Exclusions:

   • Scam coins or delisted assets: Portfolios containing scam coins, delisted assets, or tokens with dried-up liquidity are not eligible.

   • Third-party insolvency: Losses due to exchange failures, wallet hacks, or third-party insolvencies are not covered.

   • Incorrect Strategy Implementation: The refund is void if you do not apply the recommended settings and parameters based on our research.

8. Refund Request & Agreement

   • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after the 1-year ACPB execution period.

   • We reserve the right to reject refund claims that fail to meet the above conditions.
